6.Workflow: Transport selected metal strips to forming area via feeding device (with necessary straightening); strips reach winding spindle, which rotates by set speed and spiral parameters, and strips wind around spindle continuously under guide mechanism; forming mold applies pressure to make strips fit spindle contour into spiral structure, which extends as winding continues; cutting device cuts formed blades after preset length, and finished products are obtained after simple trimming. – Relies on strip’s plastic bending and mold’s constraint for continuous forming of spiral blades.
